Paper submission and Conference Delegates Policy
One unique author should be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication.
You can be an author of only one single-author paper and more multiple-author papers, but with different authors.
If you are an author or co-author on more than one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication.
If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, only one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication.
MakeLearn conference issue acceptance letters to authors and other invited people only if they have registered online with payment by a due date.
All Editors Panel invitation letters to editors, Research-Education-Practice Forum invitation letters to deans/directors, Rectors Forum invitation letter to rectors and University presidents are conditional (i.e., they will have to register online with payment by a due date).
Subject to bank transfer fees and foreign exchange rate:
30% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received 45 days before the conference date.
60% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received 30 days before the conference date.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the conference will be charged the full rate.
All refunds will be made when the conference ends.
No refund of the conference fee will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference, to all participants whose article will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Badge is provided to help your fellow participants as well as for identifying you as a registered delegate to hotel/restaurant personnel and conference staff. Each registration package contains an official badge. Please wear your badge at all events. All meetings, sessions/panels, coffee breaks, luncheons, and dinners are limited to registered delegates only, and badges will be required to enter.
Other important information
Please note that MakeLearn&TIIM organizers DO NOT ISSUE Visa Letters for conference participants. All conference participants receive the Confirmation of Paper Acceptance. Upon the request, the conference organizers issue also the Confirmation of Fee Payment.
With registration in the conference system, participants agree to join MakeLearn & TIIM mailing list from which they will ocasionally receive an e-mail with programme updates, important information, and a call for papers for the next conference.
