We cordially universities and project managers to participate at dissemination opportunities with presentation of your (ongoing) projects and/or activities at your universities within the MakeLearn & TIIM Conference 2020 to be held in virtual environment, 20-22 May 2020.
You are welcome to make use of the conference platform and its proceedings to promote and disseminate projects or your institution.
Dissemination opportunities will offer visibility to your projects and your institution:
- Dissemination e-room. Your presentation (video) will be presented minimum three times each day in the dissemination e-room – organized on Thursay, 21 May (from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and Friday, 22 May (from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Promotion at conference webpage. Your presentation (video) will be available on MakeLearn & TIIM conference dissemination webpage.
- Dissemination meeting. You are welcome to participate in a special dissemination meeting, which will be organised on Friday, 22 May 8.15-9.15 (CEST). At the meeting you can provide additional information about your projects and present good practices.
- Publication in conference proceedings. Additionally, your project can be promoted by publication in conference proceedings: half-page publication about your project (with the project logo, disclaimer, and text up to 500 words).
You should prepare up to 10 minute video or Powerpoint presentation (with possible voiceover narration) and upload it to the conference Google Drive folder at least one week prior to the conference.

Taking part in dissemination opportunities within the confernece is charged with one conference registration fee (230 EUR).
